First American Internet Search Contest powered by Yandex has ended April 23rd
with the Gala Final Game in Menlo Park, California.
Ilya Mandel, graduate student in physics at Caltech, has won the game with the very tough competition.
He was named "The Man Who Found Everything" and received Search Contest Cup.
Vadim Temkin finished second. Valera Fooksman is at the third place.
Congratulations to all the finalists and winners of the Search Contest.

of Internet Search Contest are finalized and available for viewing
on our website. Because of limited participation level Search Contest Board decided to
suppress Round Two of Search Contest. Winners of the First Round will automatically become finalists
of the Search Contest. Please visit this page soon to get the list of finalists and
other news and updates. We'd like to remind that Final Game will take place in Menlo Park, California,
on April 23rd 2005. Spectators are welcome. |
